Completed applications can be e-mailed to office@trilobitetesting.com or faxed to 785-625-5620

If a position opens that you are qualified for, we will contact you. If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of submitting your application, it mean no vacancies exist or you do not meet the required qualifications. We dwill keep your application on file for 30 days following the submission and consider you for other openings. Should you not be contacted within 30 days, you may submit another application for consideration.

*The job application can be filled out, signed and returned online. You will need Acrobat Reader X (https://get.adobe.com/reader/). Download the application from this website and save it to your computer. Open it using Acrobat Reader X.

To sign the application, click on the signature space in the document, the “Sign Document” box will appear.

In the “Sign As” box use the dropdown list to select New ID. If you already have a digital ID you can use it, If not select “A new digital ID I want to create now” click next,

Select “New PKCS#12 digital ID file, fill in the information, enter a password that you will remember as you will be asked to enter it again. Click Next. Enter your password and click Sign.

Save the application. Once you have completed the entire application and signed both the application and the EBI release form, click on the submit form button at the upper right. Fill in your email address and full name and send.
